You'll find your course page by clicking on the "Courses" menu option above.

To download the syllabus, right-click on the syllabus link, select "Save as," and download the file to your hard disk. You may read the syllabus from your hard disk using Adobe Reader.

If you have Adobe Reader version 4 or better installed in your computer, you should be able to read files downloaded from this site. Otherwise, go to go to http://www.adobe.com. You will find the Adobe Reader link at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html.

It might be better to download the whole installation file to your hard disk by going to the alternate Adobe Reader download page at

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/alternate.html

Use a download manager like Getright (http://www.getright.com) for accelerated download and resume features.

If the installation file is too big, consider the following options:

1. ask about CD burning services at the campus or software distribution in CD form. Try the Computer Services Help Desk at Faura Bldg. They might have CDs available containing not only Adobe Reader but important software that you might be able to use, like OpenOffice. Also, visit http://mirrors.ateneo.net/ using university computers.

2. Download the program and others using university computers. This is faster than using dial-up or other accounts.

3. Ask friends or classmates for copies.

4. Check your installation CDs for different software. Some of them contain copies of Adobe Reader.

Finally, the instructor will try to copy this program and others to a CD. If you have USB flash drives and similar products, these can probably be used; please drop by for consultation.
